New Students and Families

We welcome your interest in Sandusky Central Catholic School and are proud to introduce you to our rich education rooted in faith! At Sandusky Central Catholic we believe every child is a gift from God and we focus on educating the whole child; body, mind and spirit. Our teachers, coaches, and staff are dedicated to developing your child’s unique talents and gifts.  Once your family has had the opportunity to tour our school and you decide you would like your student to be considered for admission, please complete the Application form. Enrollment begins February 20, 2024.

To ensure we have a thorough understanding of your child’s abilities, we will review your student’s previous academic history and attendance records. Depending on grade level, this will include transcript evaluation, standardized test review, and evaluations from current teachers and principals. All required documents must be received by Sandusky Central Catholic School before the student evaluation can be completed.

Enrolling in private school is a significant decision for a family. At Sandusky Central Catholic School, we want to provide an opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may have about your child's education at SCCS. The Parent Interview is the place to have those questions answered. During the interview, we will help you to understand our philosophy of education, what you can expect from SCCS and your responsibilities as a Panther parent.

Students in grades 6-12 are required to attend an on-campus interview with the respective school principal. The student interview provides a time for the student to understand the expectations of a Panther student as well as an opportunity for the student to freely ask any questions of the principal.

The Admissions Department will schedule the interviews. The interview process for both parents and students lasts approximately 30 minutes.

SCCS admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin.
